ALL ROUNDER PROJECT

At All Rounder Project, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive regardless of their background, circumstances, or challenges.

With over 15 years of experience supporting vulnerable young people, we provide specialist trauma-informed mentoring that helps young people overcome barriers, improve engagement, and build positive futures.

We work alongside schools, local authorities, residential care providers, families, and professionals to help young people develop resilience, confidence, and the skills needed to succeed.

Many of the young people we support face complex challenges including:

Our Mission

To build resilience, improve engagement in education, and create life-changing opportunities for young people through high-quality mentoring and support.

Our Vision

To ensure no young person is left without support and to help create safer, stronger, and more successful futures through trusted relationships and consistent mentoring.

Experience That Makes a Difference

All Rounder Project was founded by Abdul Sheikh , an experienced mentor with over 15 years of experience supporting vulnerable young people across education, care, and community settings.

Having worked directly with young people facing exclusion, exploitation, trauma, behavioural challenges, and disengagement from education, Abdul Sheikh established All Rounder Project to provide consistent, relationship-based support that creates meaningful and lasting change.

The organisation was built on a simple belief:

Every young person deserves access to a trusted adult who will support, challenge, and encourage them to reach their full potential.
